Jeff Hardy Arrested
Reports are coming through that Jeff Hardy has been in the Moore County Jail today after being charged with trafficking in controlled prescription pills and possession of anabolic steroids.

Hardy was arrested after a search of his residence yielded 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine and items of drug paraphernalia, according to a press release.
A joint investigation conducted by officers with the Moore County Sheriff's Office narcotics and select enforcement units and the Fayetteville Police Department led to the arrest.
A lot has been written about Matt Hardy bailing him out but earlier on today Jeff had this on his twitter:
For the record, Matt didn't bail me out, loan me money, or is his name on anything.. He's just learning about today's situation..
However in response to the sudden media interest, Jeff Hardy has just posted the following on his twitter in the last hour:
The media is the media, I wish they would at least report the story correctly & accurately. I will make a statement later.
I'm sure that a lot more will come out but that's all the information I have for now.

At first it was Hard to believe Jeff could be so profoundly stupid but after examing the facts they probably searched his house because someone he knows dimed him out. He doesn’t need the money so my guess is those drugs ceased were for personal use and the DA is charging him with drug trafficking because they can and it looks particularly bad in the media. They will probably try to get him to cop to a lesser charge for the conviction, still it most likely will mean jail time at least a few months.
WWE got off lightly here, they’d be in big trouble if Jeff was still on the roster. As for Hardy his chance of being signed back up after a sabbatical just went up in smoke, I know the guy needs pills because of his reckless style but he never seems to learn his lessons. Jeff’s a great performer but his drug problem if anything is getting worse.
Looks like C.M. Punk will have something else to talk about… “Just like I said, he was an enabler.. now that he no longer has wrestling in his life, he went back to his drugs.”
Why does Jeff have to sell drugs? As being one of the top guys of the company, are the paychecks WWE giving him not enough?
I serously doubt he is selling them. US charges are often reduced when the dust settles and he is formally charged by the DIstrict Attorney. If he pissed hot at the jail the defence will have reasonable grounds for private use. Then it is simply possesition.

Jeff Hardy’s first court date will be on Wednesday, September 30th. Hardy will face charges of felony possession of cocaine, felony drug trafficking of opium, 2 count of felony possession withintent to redistribute a Schedule III drug, maintaining a dwelling for drug use and/or distribution, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hardy’s trafficking charges relate to the weight of the pills he had. If he can provide a legit prescription for some or all of the painkillers, the weight would be reduced which would make some of the charges reduced or even dropped.

This is probably true…….Its to bad if it is. I mean Jeff was a great wrestler and our family has stopped watching WWE altogether because when Jeff left they are coming up with the most stupidest stuff. So sure Jeff is missed in our family, BUT if he did do this and all of it is true he does deserve jail time. Just because he’s a wrestler doesn’t mean he should get away with it. My only question is If he has been convited already how long of a jail sentence did he get? and when will he get out? Jeff my family misses you and you seriously need to get this straight. Man you are way better than this. Think of all the little children that watch you and want to be just like you. You are not setting a very good example.
