How Does Eric Bischoff Really Feel About TNA?

Like Hogan and Bischoff or not you have to give it to TNA President Dixie Carter for bringing the two on board especially considering what Eric Bishoff said about TNA just a few months ago.
See back in February Eric Bischoff did an interview with UK's The Sun in which he ran down TNA management and in no uncertain words said they had no idea what they were doing and he couldn't help them if he tried. Take a look at this quotes from the interview:
What was the thinking behind doing CCW? Surely you and Hulk could have made a lot of money by going to TNA or even going back to work for WWE?
Neither one of us were interested in TNA. It's a small organisation that doesn't have very much vision. The best way to describe it is like WWE-lite. There was nothing exciting there for Hulk or myself.
Although Dixie Carter is a nice woman, and I'm sure very intelligent, the rest of the people in senior management there are not the sort of people we would like to work with.
As far as doing something with WWE, in Hulk's case, and to a degree in mine, it's 'been there and done that'.
We wanted to do something of our own, that we control and that we had never done before.
Have TNA approached you at all about working for them? What would be your advice to them if they want become a true challenger to the WWE like WCW was?
Sure they have.
But look, the people that are involved in the creative process and vision for TNA are people that couldn't get a job in WWE or shouldn't have had a job in WCW.
There's no vision for that company.
They are people who have never been to the dance. They've never been a part, really, of any of the decision-making processes that led to the success of the industry.
Some of them happen to have been working there while other people did it, but have never really done it for themselves. They just don't have the feel for it.
So that's the reason we wouldn't want to be there.
For me to sit down and say "listen guys, this is what you have to do to be successful" would be like telling a three-year-old how to fly an aeroplane. You can try all you want, they're never going to get it.
Even though he reportedly wont be involved in booking one can't help but wonder what has changed for Bischoff in the past 8 months as the people who are in booking will have a direct impact on his job.

Dixie just messed up again, she should of brought Paul Heyman to TNA instead. Bischoff and Hulkster are passed it. Plus TNA is doing good anyway, so why bring in basically two pro wrestling losers from the late 90s?
Sideshow, Bischoff and Hogan have made a career out of talking rubbish and contradicting themselves. The only reason that either of them joined TNA is the money. Clearly they have more money to spend now that Booker T has left. Just as TNA seemed to be doing a good job by pushing the young guys over the MEM, giving AJ the belt and signing Nigel McGuinness and pushing him as a main eventer right away (albeit with a dumb name), they shoot themselves in the foot by signing old has beens who aren’t relevant in wrestling today. Both Hogan and Bischoff were great in their own way in their prime, in 2009 they are laughing stocks in wrestling because of their goofy ideas like CCW and the worldwide Hulkamania tour. Neither have any place in a company that wants to bet the best. Stupid decisions like that made me stop watching TNA and continue to blackball the company.
BREAKING TNA NEWS: More Major Names & Changes
According to a source, there are more big things to come in TNA. According to reports, there is a bigger story on the way besides the Hogan-Bischoff deal. There have definitely been talks with Ric Flair and there was also talk of moving to Monday night head to head vs. RAW. There is also expected to be more TNA television as well with all of this.
They only planned to announce Hogan and Bischoff today but sources have told me there is lots more coming. Big changes and big stars coming in.
Vince Russo is still employed at this time and everyone says they will be working together. As soon as a problem arises though, things could hit the fan.
More soon.
Hogan, Flair, Bischoff and Russo all in the same company will end in tears, all 4 have huge egos and are difficult to work with. Going head to head with Raw at this time and relying on old wrestlers that WWE no longer use for a nostalgic feud to get a big reaction or buyrate is not the way for TNA to become a force, personally I think that they’re wasting their money on these big names and ruining the good work that they’ve done recently to improve the product.
TNA already has a better roster than WWE Hogan and Bishoff add nothing to the product. TNA needs to develop the talent they have and get back to the X division.
I don’t know if TNA has a better roster than WWE, but TNA could use their Roster a whole lot better than they have been doing.
But hey, it got people talking right. So there is some exposure for TNA, now they have to run with it and keep that momentum going.
Joe, that is NOT true.
Jesus Christ. How many wreslter on that TNA roster can work a mic like Edge, Jericho, Miz, HHH, Christian, Regal, Shawn, Punk, and other can?
Bischoff should replace Foley as GM.
