Gina Carano Set To Fight Cyborg
The biggest fight in female MMA history was announced on Saturday night's Strikeforce event. Gina Corano, who many believe to be the sports number one fighter, will face Cristiane "Cybord" Santos, said to be the sports number two.
If you haven't heard of Gina Carano, she is famous for being a ruthless kick boxer, and one hell of a hot chick! Since her debut in October 2006 she has established herself as the face of womens MMA but when EliteXC collapsed, a lot of fans were disappointed that the Cyborg fight may never take place...until now that is.
Her last fight against Kelly Kobold, on the undercard of the Kimbo vs Seth Perruzelli event, was seen by 5.2 million people on the night and millions more on youtube. Dana White has even publicly expressed intrest in bringing in Gina to "test the waters" for womens MMA.
The 27 year old puts her 7 - 0 record on the line on Strikeforce’s August 15th event at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California.

yea she is super hott. i wanna see this fight. Cyborg looks tough. Cyborg is very powerfull, i only seen her fight once but she owned.
i would like to see womens MMA make it into UFC. these women work hard and should be making the big bucks like the guys.
She is quite good, considering she knows how to fight as well.

funny. I thought Cyborg was a hot 40 year old. Come to find out, she’s 23. Eeewww….She is BUSTED.
All I know is if I had the chance, ground and pound would be used vs. both of them.
And, passing the guard would become something of a game with incentives.
But seriously. this fight is something I have been looking forward to since I’ve seen them both fight.
I think Cyborg has a legit shot.
