“Hell freezes over!” and a VOTD

HOW COULD ANYONE REALLY THINK THAT THE MCMAHON ENDING WAS REAL? cmon now!
1) they needed something to end the McMahon Mania giveaway
2) 3 parts of the set coincidentally break at the same time? Something out of Universal studios
3) How odd was it that it happened right after Vince congratulated the $500,000 winner?
4) How else would RAW have ended?
5) Last time someone was drafted to ECW, he killed his entire family so ECW getting screwed in this draft doesnt surprise me
I like the RAW
I predicted Kennedy, Hardy, JR kind of lol, Punk, Umaga, and Batista
Will there be a supplemental draft?
Here is what I got
at the next PPV:
Kane wins. Show is on the Smackdown roster while Kane will be with the ECW/RAW crew. Then again Mark Henry is the number one contender even though he is on Smackdown. Riiiiiiiiight.
HHH will defeat Cena, I think. If that happened then Batista would beat Edge, right? With the wedding coming soon, Edge wont need the World title. Think about it. Chavo and Bam Neily will be on ECW, thus ending “La Familia”.
Now the only heel on RAW is JBL and Orton. Maybe Kane will turn heel.
One thing is for sure in my eyes, CM will win the world title when he cashes it in. Maybe Cena will feud with Cade or Y2J now.
RAW faces: Cena, Batista, Punk, Kane, HBK, Rey. One of these guys will have to turn heel. My guess is Punk or Batista.
RAW heels: JBL, Y2J, and Cade….i guess. Orton is hurt.
One thing is for sure, I am pumped for the next PPV and I cant wait to see Smackdown…..SERIOUSLY!
I thought RAW was a great show this week, with a good ending. Unpredictability will get you ratings. McMahon’s storyline will end because he will state that ” Whenever he tries to do something nice for the fans, something bad happens.”
Flair will become GM and take over RAW.
The VOTD is Batista’s “Last chance” at Edges title
Obviously WWE FORGOT or didnt care that they had this match last year

JSN- just read a few things… the announcers really were shooting on adamle at that one point and most had to keep from launging their asses off as it was happening. and that JR and Cole honestly didnt know they were switching brands because vince hadnt told any of the announcers any of the switched ahead of time, so JRs face said it all on how he felt about the switch as you could tell mick, king, and cole all seemed honestly shocked and bad for JR. As for HHH to smackdown i read it was gona be him or Cena and HHH ok’d it with vince to move there and people are speculating the “accident” last night to be a sign that taker is coming to RAW to prevent any problems with HHH and taker on the same show (not sure why there would be but here to a HBK/Taker match at wrestlemania!)

I did not think the show was as good as you did, but I think the draft was very well done.
I am really happy that HHH went to Smackdown. I don’t understand why one would complain so much that Trips wont leave RAW and then as soon as he does they just complain that he’ll be champion by the end of the month. I don’t get it, I guess some will just never be happy.
I also dig Kennedy on Smackdown. Moving him over will give them the ability to push him immediately at a level that would have taken months of build up if he was still on RAW. Here’s to a Kennedy/MVP feud.

I liked that they teased a Hardy Team coming back and then right away Matt goes to ECW. The ending I could have done without but if that is going to bring the McMahon Million Dollar Give Away to an end then I can live with it.
I called on an earlier post that I could see Mick and JR teaming together with the way Mick was talking on Smackdown last Friday night. I just thought it would be on RAW. I thought WWE would at least make a move of Mick to ECW and Taz back to working with Cole on Smackdown! I was surprised that WWE would move JR to Friday Nights, but as my soon to be wife (Saturday!!) said last night it gives her a reason to tune in to Smackdown! again since she enjoys JR.

HOLY SHIT. Y2J v. CM Punk - hopefully they get to do it, unlike the RVD v. CM Punk feud which is a match that HAS to happen sooner or later.

I think the draft has opened up a whole lot of new feuds: Y2J/Punk, HBK/Punk, HBK/Mysterio, Mysterio/Punk, Mysterio/Y2J, Kennedy/Edge, Kennedy/MVP, Jeff Hardy/Edge, Jeff Hardy/MVP, Triple H/Edge, Triple H/MVP, and Matt Hardy will do a great job substituting for Punk.

I just read that JR had contimplated quiting WWE after he got drafted to smackdown, if he really is serious about that that is ridiculous. obviously you’ve worked for them forever but to think your untoucheable or that you need to be consulted before everything is a bit ridiculous JR. I think its better for the product as a whole if they mix it up and put you on a different show, get over yourself

I don’t know about the Vince angle. I wasn’t immediately infuriated, and actually laughed out loud at the end of the show because I couldn’t believe they killed Vince again. If it was just a way of getting rid of the million dollar mania and it doesn’t take too much time out of the show every week (even if it takes a lot out of the show, it’ll will still be less than the million dollar mania) then I have no problem with it. But I’ll be really pissed off if it ends up filling the whole show and overshadows the wrestlers, and if Stephanie McMahon shows up crying like last time I’m turning it off.

i dunno i found vince’s inability to dial a phone and some of the peoples reactions and whatnot to be rather humorous so if they kept the mania deal going on for awhile i wouldnt have had a problem but i doubt this goes on for too long (the angle) they clearly showed him alive and talking even so im not sure what kinda angle they could have come from this as unless a hint at undertaker there was no person “behind it”
